A Step Forward
For each of us there comes a time in life when we get stuck and can’t move forward. The longer we remain in our comfort zone, the harder it is for us to see the obstacles and mindset patterns that prevent us from reaching our destination. We want to fly but we are falling. Our goals and wishes may be high but without moving into the non-comfort zone, the zone of brilliance, we will never succeed. We always feel uneasy at first, the sensation is new and unfamiliar, all we want to do is to slip back into the comfort and safety. We must, however, be aware that there is nothing for us there, nothing except the old patterns and habits that will continue to deliver the same result until we are brave enough to leap into the unknown.
Why is it also important to move to a different environment and act differently?
When we are in a different space, we look at ourselves from a distance, as if looking at someone else. The new environment awakens feelings we didn’t have before and changes our perception of ourselves. Insistence on the same course of action will always generate the same results. However, when we break the routine and do something out of the ordinary, life brings us new challenges, new events, new situations, and we see the problem are trying to resolve or the aim we are trying to achieve in a completely new light, finally empowered to lead ourselves to the destination.
The most important values in life for me are courage and trust. We need to step through life bravely, regardless of the past and trust that the universe always delivers the best solutions at the best possible time. The things will happen when we are ready. Until then dare to step into your non-confort zone and although it may be unpleasant at first we must know that we are developing into the best version of ourselves. Nothing brings nothing.
